Since Craig posted an update while in Prague, I had a look at a few sites about Prague. One that has a great overview of all the sights, complete with beautiful photos, is this one. (The photo was taken from that site as well.)
Then there's the Destination Guide that has practical information as well as info about the sights, entertainment, history, ...
For practical information, like dining, accomodation, events, shopping or transport, go visit the Prague Guide.
"You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait. Do not even wait, be quiet still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet." Franz Kafka
Franz Kafka was born and lived in Prague. Here is his biography.
Franz Kafka's texts are available online - in German (original), English, Spanish, Russian, Finnish and Portugese.
For German-speaking readers: There's an excellent Kafka site that's managed by Michael Pullmann of the University of Bonn, Germany: Franz Kafka Projekt (in German).
