In the advisory committee meetings for the Preservation and Conservation Studies program, a hot topic of discussion, without concensus, was the topic of digitisation as a method of preservation. I noticed this paper on the EPIC site. Digitisation as a Method of Preservation?. It always helps to have another opinion.
