I think I've mentioned this before, but I'm going to Germany and Czech Republic in June (11th-21st). My daughter sings in the Austin Girls Choir, and their summer tour will have them singing in, Cologne, Weimar, Prague, Bayreuth, Nuremberg and Munich. It should be a very exciting trip for daughter and father both. I am planning at least one side trip, where I will break away from the main group. The city of Mainz is celebrating Gutenberg 2000. 2000 is the 600 anniversary of the birth of Guttenberg.
Since we are spending a couple of days in Cologne, I plan to visit the Körperwelten Exhibition. It's kind of difficult to explain what this is. So look at the exhibit link and if you want to know more, look at the site of the company that prepares the bodies, plastination.com. I will report more on this either while on my trip, or when I return.
