It seems obvious, but have you checked out the Library of Congress Website? Make sure that you click on exhibitions.
The next obvious thing? Bibliothèque nationale de France.

Ever since I visited Monticello in 1964 on a tour with the Boy Scouts for the National Jamboree I've had an interest in Thomas Jefferson. This website is really great. Make sure you at least look at the Thomas Jefferson Time Line: Selected Highlights. You'll need a javascript enabled browser.
